Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Planet Professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and deepen relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure strong candidate matches and interviews are coordinated in a timely manner
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing, and maintaining suitable clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2+ years of new business development and/or recruitment staffing experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
