About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Client Meetings: Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and show them properties that match their criteria.
  • Open Houses: Host engaging open houses to showcase our listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire process from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and swift transactions.
  • Lead Generation: Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Local Expertise: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required.
