Job Description

Bath Fitter is a leading manufacturer and installer of premium quality acrylic bathtubs and seamless bath wall systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with homeowners
  • Present Bath Fitter products and services in a professional and compelling manner
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and generate new business opportunities
  • Accurately measure and identify tubs or shower bases and walls during estimates
  • Adhere to Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in-home sales or consultative sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift presentation materials
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
