Job Title: Retail Sales Lead

As a Retail Sales Lead at Kellanova, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the snack market. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with retail partners, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including key decision-makers
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, including new product launches and promotions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the snack market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
