About the Position

Carroll College is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Athletics Operations Assistant. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting the Athletic Department's operational functions, including business, human resources, ticketing, sponsorships, and other duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Athletics and the coaching staff
  • Assist with operational functions, including business, human resources, ticketing, and sponsorships
  • Support the Saints Athletic Association and other departmental initiatives
  • Collaborate with the athletic department staff to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in administrative support. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
