Job Title: Junior Payment Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Payment Sales Specialist to join our team at Paradigm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our integrated payment solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a rapidly growing legal technology business and contribute to the success of our payment solutions. As a Junior Payment Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
