Join Our Team as a Director of Retention Marketing

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive customer lifetime value through multi-channel marketing touchpoints at Pepper GmbH, a fast-growing DTC intimate apparel brand.

About the Role

As a Director of Retention Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve retention rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. You'll lead our email and SMS marketing efforts, incorporating print marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion. You'll also spearhead the evolution of our loyalty program to maximize customer satisfaction and LTV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty
  • Lead email and SMS marketing efforts, including campaign briefing and performance optimization
  • Incorporate print marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion
  • Evolve and optimize our loyalty program to maximize customer satisfaction and LTV
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives
  • Manage and optimize our CRM platform and vendors to maximize ROI
Requirements
  • 8+ years of retention/CRM marketing experience at a fast-growing DTC consumer products brand
  • Strong balance of creative and analytical skills, with ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Goal-oriented, cool under pressure, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing innovative ideas
