Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning Support: Assist in the coordination and planning of events, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor management.
  • Logistics Management: Help manage event logistics such as transportation, setup, and teardown. Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and in good condition.
  • On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, including managing event flow, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and clients.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates as needed. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
