About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting the use and success of our software solutions in the restaurant/QSR hospitality, and retail sectors.

You will be accountable for developing and implementing marketing strategies that appeal to our target markets and showcase the distinct value of our products.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure that our offerings meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the restaurant/QSR, hospitality, and retail markets, identifying key trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics.
  • Use these insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans that effectively launch new products, drive product adoption, and expand market reach.
  • Create clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the value and differentiation of our solutions to the restaurant/QSR and retail industries.
  • Equip the sales team with the tools they need to succeed, including pitch decks, product demos, competitive analysis, and training sessions.
  • Produce high-quality content such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and video scripts that support marketing campaigns, product education, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand market product performance, identify improvement areas, and inform future product development.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS, restaurant/QSR, point of sales, hospitality, or retail technology sectors.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for software products is essential.

A deep understanding of the digital in-store experience within the restaurant/QSR and retail environments is also required.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft persuasive product messaging and content are essential.

Experience in sales enablement, with a strong track record of supporting sales teams to achieve their goals, is also required.

Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms is necessary.

The ability to work effectively in a startup environment, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances, is also essential.
