As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of biogas installations. Your responsibilities will include remotely assisting clients by explaining the operational aspects of their systems and providing detailed performance reports. You will also guide customers on proper system usage, address maintenance needs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on maximizing system efficiency and customer satisfaction through proactive support and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for the performance, operation, and servicing of industrial biogas systems.
  • Generate and deliver detailed corrective and preventative maintenance reports, outlining system performance and necessary actions.
  • Support customers during the commissioning of biogas systems by offering operational guidance, process instructions, and maintenance procedures.
  • Work closely with field engineers to offer proactive advice and solutions to both customers and internal teams.
  • Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills, keen observation, and effectiveness in both independent and team-oriented tasks.
  • Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and system performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance equipment efficiency and overall system performance.
  • Assist in managing service procurement functions and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; relevant hands-on experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance or a similar technical field, with a focus on industrial systems preferred.

Special Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, SCADA/HMI, PLC systems, and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Proficient technical and professional writing abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage with equipment manufacturers to support service operations and ensure effective system support.

This is a Hybrid role with opportunity for Remote work in a flexible schedule.
