Desktop Support Specialist

64 Audio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our staff, ensuring that our systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to staff members, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other equipment.
- Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
