About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Accessory Territory Manager to join our team at Southwest FAD. As an Accessory Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ford Accessories within assigned geographical territories. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with dealership personnel, training and advising them on the sales of Ford Accessories.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Territory Sales Manager, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with dealership personnel to train and advise on Ford Accessories sales processes.
  • Assign and track monthly sales objectives tied to individual Ford dealership objectives.
  • Consult with dealership managers to improve Ford Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities.
  • Create customized displays and incentive programs to support the sale of Ford Accessories within each assigned dealership.

Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A company car and cell phone allowance.
