About the Role:

As a Territory Business Development Manager for Psychiatry, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales in the psychiatric territory. You will utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, increasing product usage and market share.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements:
- 2+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong analytical, strategic, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
