About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Home Service team in Little Rock, AR. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of agents to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain top talent.
  • Provide coaching and training to agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2+ years of sales management experience is required. A fully licensed Life, Health, Property, and Casualty license is necessary.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
