Arkansas Territory Manager

Musco Sports Lighting is a global leader in sports and large-area lighting solutions. We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the Arkansas region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve territory goals and objectives.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage our Arkansas territory. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, and specifiers to be a trusted sports lighting resource.
- Listen to customers' needs and make recommendations by differentiating Musco's products and services.
- Create and maintain customer contacts through face-to-face meetings, sales presentations, and site visits.
- Attend tradeshows and conferences to understand market needs and inform others of product values and features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and comfortable with significant travel, including evenings and overnights, and working outside of normal business hours.
