Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Program Manager to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects/programs, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete projects/programs, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress.
  • Prepare detailed reports for upper management on the status of projects/programs.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, demonstrating extensive experience and judgment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Partnerships/alliances experience required.
  • PMP certification is required, demonstrating proficiency in project management, communication, and document management.
  • Experience working with PMO, COO teams, and Chief of Staff teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, and QuickSight.
  • Ability to drive large-scale projects, track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera, hosting, and moderating large group meetings.
Tools and Technologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like QuickSight is a plus.
