Job Summary
Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to provide administrative support in our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Oswego, NY. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will assist with the administrative tasks related to patient care, including verifying clinical reminders, checking patients in and out of the clinic, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for answering phones and relaying messages, as well as fulfilling compliance requirements.

As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will work collaboratively with the PACT Team to develop patient care plans and ensure excellent customer service to veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to patient care.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education.
  • Strong computer skills, EMR experience preferred.
