Job Title: Clinical Nurse Leader

Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team. This is a per-diem position working closely with the Head Nurse to provide first-line planning, coordinating, coaching, and organizing of daily operations to ensure quality patient care in the assigned practice group.

Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Head Nurse, plans, directs, coaches, problem solves, and supervises the day-to-day work of clinical support staff.
- Troubleshoots staff and patient questions and problems as necessary; documents and communicates issues and resolutions to the Head Nurse on a regular basis.
- Works closely with Head Nurse to assess systems and suggest improvements in systems and processes.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship with all healthcare providers, Operations Manager, and Business Office Supervisor to determine appropriate patient appointments and scheduling needs.

Requirements:
- Must possess current New York State Practical Nurse's License.
- 5-7 years experience as an LPN, a portion of which must be in ambulatory care; supervisory experience preferred.
