Front Desk Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the front desk department, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Assist with budgeting and labor management to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and quality assurance procedures.
