Hotel Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the front desk department, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
- Assist with budgeting and labor management to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and quality assurance procedures.
