Hotel Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team at Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and supervising front office staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Supervise and train front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Oversee financial operations, including generating occupancy reports and managing the front desk budget.
  • Interact with guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of front office staff, ensuring they meet hotel standards and provide exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field.
  • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, management, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED).
