About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst II to join our team at Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather, analyze, and monitor project data, preparing and consolidating project reports as needed.
  • Assist with documentation and management of PMO processes, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Consolidate project status reports for management review, providing timely and accurate information to inform decision-making.
  • Set up and organize weekly meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • On-board and train new resources on PMO processes and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of performance.
  • Develop and manage cross-program communications, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a PMO analyst or similar role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks on tight timelines.
  • Strong Program coordination and administration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
