Job Description

Lula, a rapidly growing company in Kansas City, is seeking a talented professional to join its team as a Provider Acquisition Representative.

This role involves acquiring new service providers through outbound and inbound inquiries, educating and working with current providers to ensure they meet Lula's standards, and maintaining open lines of communication with providers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact service providers nationwide to discuss Lula's value proposition
  • Educate service providers on how to engage with consumers who are putting in service requests
  • Guide service providers through the vetting and onboarding process to become Lula approved
  • Maintain open lines of communication with providers

Requirements:
