Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

Impact Floors of Texas is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers, analyzing accounts, and communicating with upper management to resolve critical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect outstanding payments from customers in accordance with company policies
  • Analyze accounts to identify potential issues and develop strategies for recovery
  • Communicate with upper management to resolve critical accounts and ensure timely payment
  • Process and reconcile monthly statements and transactions
  • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, and customer information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years' experience in B-to-B collections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • Flooring industry knowledge is a plus
  • RFMS Systems experience is a plus
