**Overview:** A dynamic and growing commercial construction company based in North Dallas is seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Specialist to join their accounting team. As a key member of the team, this professional will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, accounts payable, and payroll operations.
**Responsibilities:**
Cash Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cash collection efforts for the company, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and expenses. This includes:
- Reviewing and reconciling bank statements to ensure accurate cash balances
- Managing cash flow forecasts to identify potential shortfalls or surpluses
- Coordinating with vendors to negotiate payment terms and discounts
Accounts Payable
The Corporate Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable, including:
- Entering and processing A/P invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing and approving expense reports for accuracy and completeness
- Reconciling statements with vendors to ensure accurate billing
Payroll
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the company's payroll operations, including:
- Reviewing and processing payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate payment of employees
