Job Overview:

The Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Prolonged Field Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical training program, you will be responsible for providing advanced medical training to military personnel and civilians in remote and austere environments.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive medical training programs focused on prolonged field care, including training on advanced life support, surgical procedures, and emergency medicine.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized training curricula that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Conduct hands-on training exercises and simulations to ensure participants develop the necessary skills to provide effective care in remote and austere environments.
  • Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, medicine, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant medical field, including experience in remote and austere environments.
  • Advanced certification in emergency medicine, critical care, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
