Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive medical training programs focused on prolonged field care.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized training curricula that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Conduct hands-on training exercises and simulations to ensure participants develop the necessary skills to provide effective care in remote and austere environments.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, medicine, or a related healthcare field.
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
