Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Care Specialist to provide specialized care in our Telemetry units. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment
- Assessing patients' conditions and providing interventions as necessary
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educating patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care measures
The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, BLS certifications, and at least two years of recent Telemetry experience. Strong communication and adaptability skills are essential for success in this role.
As a Nurse Care Specialist with TotalMed, you can expect a competitive salary of $1,289.37 per week, plus additional benefits including 401(k), licensure reimbursement, and continuing education opportunities.
