Ideal Candidates:

  • Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior experience in retail or sales (preferred)
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficient in mathematics and computer usage, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive rapport with clients
  • Have a passion for holistic wellness with a foundational understanding of massage and skincare services

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels appreciated and understood
  • Advocate for the benefits of holistic wellness by informing clients about new and enhanced services, promoting the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on service provider suggestions
  • Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, arranging appointments, managing phone inquiries, responding to emails, and addressing client concerns
  • Assist in expanding and retaining the client base through both in-person interactions and outreach via phone/email
