This role is REMOTE, but candidates must reside in the surrounding areas.
Position Overview:
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering accurate, consistent, and timely information to members, customers, patients, and providers. Assist them in fully understanding and maximizing their insurance benefits. Establish strong rapport and collaborative relationships with current and potential members while adhering to compliance regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required - candidates will undergo an assessment.
- A minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service is essential.
- Experience in a Call Center environment is necessary, preferably in Healthcare.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is mandatory.
- Must possess high-speed internet and the capability to work from home in a quiet setting.
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour
