Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property and Casualty professional to join our team at MST Insurance Solutions, Inc. As an Assistant Vice President of Property and Casualty, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client data and conduct market comparisons to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Property and Casualty, with a strong background in business development and account management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and retention.
