HR Coordinator

At DRB Group LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the new hire process, including onboarding and orientation
- Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising and pre-screening candidates
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintenance of HRIS systems
- Communicate with management and other corporate departments
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platforms (Ceridian Dayforce preferred)
- Effective communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a valid driver's license for business travel
Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience with proven HR skills and abilities
- PHR certification preferred but not required
