Job Title: HR Coordinator

At DRB Group LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the new hire process, including onboarding and orientation
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising and pre-screening candidates
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintenance of HRIS systems
  • Communicate with management and other corporate departments
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platforms (Ceridian Dayforce preferred)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a valid driver's license for business travel

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience with proven HR skills and abilities
  • PHR certification preferred but not required
