Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $60,000. iCapital provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, equity, and an annual performance bonus. Employees benefit from a wide array of perks, including a retirement plan, healthcare, dental, vision, mental health services, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.

Employees are expected to work in the office four days a week, with options for remote work flexibility. Specific roles may have designated in-office requirements.
