About the Role

SS&C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services Group, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their successful use of our solutions and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, web, and email, resolving technical and product functionality issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with implementation consultants, resources, and other stakeholders to achieve desired results and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Develop and Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly articulate technical information to clients, both verbally and in writing, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture, and environments, as well as a working knowledge of SQL, UNIX, and LINUX.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and support market hours, including occasional weekend on-call availability.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as MIS, computer science, economics, business management, or finance.
