As a technical leader, you will be responsible for driving engineering initiatives, communicating across functions, and participating in technical design. Key Responsibilities:

• Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager

• Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management

• 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic web-based software solutions, API design, and interactions between servers and clients

• 5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python, and/or PHP

• BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience)

Compensation and Benefits:

$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
