Job Summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II to support the Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) Team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Construction Engineering & Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Review proposals to ensure compliance with CBRE's Request for Proposal (RFP) and identify potential scope gaps.
  2. Establish communication and coordination across a program's 3P contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  3. Request and review Method of Procedure (MOP) documents for proper detail, necessity, and risk.
  4. Update and track Gantt Charts with granular tasks required in deployment.
  5. Identify and track risks and roadblocks that may occur in the EBMS Retrofit Program.
  6. Lead weekly progress meetings with 3P Contractors and record meeting minutes.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with site Ops Tech IT and site POCs on tasks for EBMS retrofits.

Requirements

  1. Completed bachelor's degree in a 4-year engineering program.
  2. Minimum 5 years of BMS experience required.
  3. 5 years of experience in Building Automation Controls industry.
  4. 3 years of experience in Construction Project Cost Control.
  5. 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating or Controls Estimating.
  6. Experience with mechanical systems, including RTUs and building management systems.
  7. 5 years of experience in Construction Industry or Consulting Engineering role.
  8. Experience with construction specification division 00, 23, 26.
  9. Gantt chart tracking of program level initiatives.
  10. Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. PMP Certified.
  2. 10 years of experience in Construction, Engineering/Consultant Engineering or Facilities.
  3. Six Sigma Certification.
  4. Experience managing Programs across multiple time zones and culture.
  5. Experience with remote team management and coordination.
  6. Good track record of working effectively with different groups in the organization.
  7. Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done.
  8. Experience with project management principles and best practices.
  9. Meets/exceeds CBRE's leadership principles requirements for this role.
  10. Meets/exceeds CBRE's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.

Compensation

The minimum salary for the position is $110,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
