Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and medical professionals
- Interpret and communicate medical information accurately and efficiently
- Manage registration, scheduling, and authorization processes
- Support internal and external customer inquiries as a subject matter expert
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Associate's Degree plus 1 year of experience or High School Diploma plus 2 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
We welcome candidates with:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare Specialty Program
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish and/or other languages that meet business needs
Rady Children's Hospital offers competitive compensation, with an expected hiring range of $22.00 to $30.26. We conduct regular market reviews to ensure our compensation is externally competitive and internally equitable.
