Position: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at The Bug Master, you will engage with clients and collaborate with our dedicated internal team to address customer inquiries regarding pest control services. Your role will involve responding to customer questions, managing appointment schedules, and performing administrative duties essential for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive customer relations and provide timely notifications for service.
  • Assist in account setup and ongoing maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient phone communication skills.
  • Accurate typing abilities.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with common software applications such as email clients and web browsers.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Primarily requires sitting for extended periods (67%-100%).
  • Occasional walking and standing (0%-33%).
  • Frequent use of the telephone and mobility within the workspace (34%-66%).
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds occasionally.
  • Vision and hearing must be corrected to normal ranges.
  • Occasional bending and reaching for filing and retrieving information.
  • Clear communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work on a computer and keyboard for prolonged periods.
