Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Care Specialist, your main duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls and assessing inquiries.
- Providing information and resources to customers through phone and online channels, adhering to established standards.
- Gathering relevant information from callers to support measurement, tracking, and reporting efforts.
- Documenting inquiries, questions, and resolutions.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as required.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Note: Professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience when applicable.
