Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, your main duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and assessing inquiries.
  • Providing information and resources to customers through phone and online channels, adhering to established standards.
  • Gathering relevant information from callers to support measurement, tracking, and reporting efforts.
  • Documenting inquiries, questions, and resolutions.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Note: Professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience when applicable.
