Job Title: Executive Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Account Manager to join our team at AHI Corporate Housing. As an Executive Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, increasing sales, and aligning clients' requirements to appropriate apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage corporate accounts to increase profitability and minimize expenses
  • Align clients' requirements to appropriate apartments
  • Increase sales through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Assist the General Manager with inventory control of opening and closing units
  • Step in as the branch General Manager's role when needed
Qualification Requirements:
  • Good verbal communication, listening skills, and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Computer literate with high accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
Physical Demands and Travel:

Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs. Able to be on feet for more than 5 hours at a time, if needed. Travel 10%, if needed.
