About the Role

Intuitive is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Manager for Travel and Meetings & Events, with a focus on data management, processes, and global program oversight. This position involves managing and enhancing Intuitive's Travel and Meetings & Events initiatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments, engaging with internal teams and external partners, showcasing strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing global travel and meetings & events operations
  • Ensuring uniform travel experiences across international teams
  • Developing and managing travel reporting and analytics
  • Implementing strategic sourcing strategies and vendor management
  • Enhancing project plans and budgets for events
  • Building robust relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Driving cost efficiencies and savings through data-informed strategies
  • Conducting contract negotiations with suppliers
  • Reviewing and refining travel policies and compliance
  • Leading internal and external communication and training initiatives
  • Driving initiatives to enhance process efficiency
Qualifications

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Travel management
  • Proven expertise in Global Travel, Meetings & Events, and Supplier Management
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and analytical proficiency
  • Ability to drive change and cultivate collaborative relationships
  • Experience in developing sourcing strategies and managing contracts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated with a focus on procurement credibility
  • Familiarity with HCP travel and expense processes is advantageous
