Position Summary: Oversee night warehouse operations and personnel to ensure safe and efficient preparation of products for next-day delivery. Collaborate with the first line supervisor to guide associates in achieving accurate order fulfillment, staging, and loading onto delivery vehicles. Assist in preparing the warehouse for incoming inventory the following day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security of warehouse operations and assets by establishing and enforcing security protocols.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by inspecting equipment and initiating repair requests as necessary.
  • Assist in managing employee schedules, workloads, and productivity to guarantee that all picking, loading, and replenishing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
  • Provide coverage for other warehouse areas as needed and supervise night operations in the absence of the night supervisor.
  • Support warehouse staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions; plan, monitor, and evaluate job results.

  • Ability to inspire, influence, communicate, and engage staff in achieving company objectives.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.
