  • Oversee specific areas of responsibility and be accountable for performance outcomes.
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining high standards for merchandising and operational practices.
  • Gain insights into all business facets and contribute innovative ideas to propel the business forward.
  • Maintain composure in challenging situations and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions during designated shifts and assume management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
  • Embody the company's values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a similar retail environment.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales and performance metrics.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other locations may be required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs as necessary.
