When visitors arrive, they are welcomed with a unique tour of our beautiful grounds, winery, and cave. Our team engages with guests, introduces them to our wine club, showcases our exquisite wines, and shares the rich family history, the Petaluma Gap AVA, and the intricate winemaking process. Throughout their visit, we ensure that all guests feel comfortable and at ease, enjoying the exceptional views we have to offer.


If you excel in a friendly and engaging atmosphere, we encourage you to consider our full-time position (hours may vary between 30-40 hours per week). Our tasting room operates from Wednesday to Sunday.


Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive sales and promote wine club memberships.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team and management to achieve sales and club objectives.
  • Genuine passion for the wine industry and a client-focused approach.
  • Minimum of 2 years in winery or restaurant wine sales (preferred).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests during tours, tastings, and wine club presentations, delivering the highest level of hospitality and utilizing experience-based wine knowledge.
  • Share insights about California wine regions, focusing on wines relevant to Keller Estate.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment for both new guests and returning members.
  • Efficiently operate Register/POS systems, including capturing guest information and processing orders.
  • Up-to-date TIPS Certification is preferred.
  • Conduct outreach to attract new visitors and wine enthusiasts.
  • Perform general supportive duties, including restocking wine storage/display, maintaining the Tasting Room, and completing administrative tasks.

Compensation:

Competitive pay scale: $25.00 (based on experience).

Sales Incentives: Additional rewards based on club memberships and quarterly sales targets.
