Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to serve as our President/Chief Executive Officer. As the highest ranking executive officer, you will report directly to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the overall supervision and control of our programs, services, finances, functions, and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Assist the Board of Directors in developing and implementing our strategic plan, ensuring the execution of long-term projects and key initiatives in an efficient, effective, and diligent manner.
- Representation in Intergovernmental Affairs and National Matters: Serve as our primary spokesperson and representative, supporting and carrying out our tribal governmental functions in coordination with the Board of Directors.
- Financial Vitality: Utilize financial and analytical skills to lead, monitor, and take actions that ensure our financial stability and long-term success.
- Patient Safety and Clinical Quality: Implement programs, policies, and ensure resources available to provide the highest quality of health care services.
- Division of Environmental Health and Engineering: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, contractual, and grant requirements for the delivery of services within the Division of Environmental Health and Engineering.
- Operational Management and Effectiveness: Maintain an organized system of management and controls that ensure smooth function of our operations, timely accomplishment of goals, and adherence with accepted best practice in healthcare operations management.
- Board and Governance Functions: Support the Board of Directors in carrying out its fiduciary obligations and governance functions.
- Human Resources: Ensure the attainment of our objectives through the selection, development, engagement, and evaluation of our personnel.
- Education: Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Held an executive level position in a complex organization with a budget greater than four hundred million dollars and more than one thousand, five hundred employees.
- Qualifications: At least ten years of supervisory experience, including succession planning, mentoring, and motivating a team of executive level professionals.
