Position Overview

As President of Renewal by Andersen of Alaska, you will lead a dynamic, expanding business in a highly differentiated market. This role is critical in shaping the company's direction and achieving growth, profitability, and customer experience goals. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including operational efficiency, budget management, strategic direction, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, aiming to double market share while maintaining strong profitability.
  • Operational Leadership: Directly lead a cross-functional team of 60+ employees, overseeing operations, customer care, logistics, installation, and management, while indirectly guiding 40+ marketing and sales professionals.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction scores, positioning Alaska as a market leader in customer delight across North America.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster collaboration with the CFO, CMO, Sales Director, HR Director, and Dunn Group executives, as well as key partners within the industry.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring monthly financial closures are accurate and timely.
  • Talent Development: Build a high-performing team through mentorship, coaching, and leadership development programs.
  • Market Adaptability: Lead the company in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of the Alaskan market, ensuring innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement.
