Client Relations Associate

Our agents exclusively promote State Farm's insurance and financial service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, identify client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Competitive hourly wage plus commission and bonuses
- Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days
- Flexible working hours
- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency
- Proven success in achieving sales targets is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to evaluate client needs and conduct effective consultations
- Bilingual candidates, particularly Mandarin speakers, are preferred
- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license
- Selected candidates are expected to stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, and ongoing education
- A Bachelor's degree is required
