Customer Success Manager

At ServiceNow, we're transforming the way work gets done. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives and maximize the value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate all ServiceNow Impact Guided deliverables, entitlements, and customer experience.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product.
  • Drive effective and influential conversations with various stakeholders and leadership levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic advisory skills and optimize ServiceNow environments.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related work experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Administration, and/or SaaS.
  • Ability to take full ownership of customer portfolios, act with autonomy, and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a passion for customers and value realization.

  • A competitive salary range of $70,600 - $109,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
