Lead Our Team as a Sales Representative

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Supervise and train team members on sales processes and systems
  • Provide daily reporting on sales activity and team performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Passion for sales and customer service
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement
