Business Development Manager

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base
- Research and pursue new business opportunities
- Supervise and train team members on sales processes and systems
- Provide daily reporting on sales activity and team performance
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
- Clean background and reliable transportation
- 45-day evaluation period before advancement
