Job Description
This position involves supporting managers, colleagues, and office visitors by handling various tasks to maintain positive and productive interactions with our organization and external parties. As a Commercial Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for daily billing of invoices, processing AP invoices according to Snider Fleet Solutions' process, and utilizing our 'FleetSMART' customer tracking system. You will also handle calls from customers and vendors related to AP/AR, assist in monthly inventory processes, provide product and service information to clients, and field incoming calls with excellent customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). Familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 software is beneficial. Candidates must demonstrate superior customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. They should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and willing to learn new responsibilities. Reliable, dependable, and self-initiative are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, candidates should be able to work effectively as a team member and independently, with minimal supervision.

This position will be based in a commercial service and manufacturing/distribution center at one of our Snider Branches. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years' experience within the industry or a related management position, and familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 software. Strong analytical skills, including research, interpreting data, and analyzing information, are required. The ability to train and coach in administrative practices is also necessary.
