Administrative Services Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Market President and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our Market President, including preparing presentations, documents, and other materials as needed
- Manage calendars and coordinate schedules, making appointments and arranging travel and reservations
- Create and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documents to support business operations
- Attend meetings and record notes as needed, providing timely follow-up to ensure action items are completed
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
